Because of our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer you the Zimmer Brothers Promise.

LOSS

If, within one year from the date of purchase, you lose your original Zimmer Brothers diamond from it's original mounting, bring in this promise and your diamond will be replaced free of charge.*

DAMAGE

If, within one year from the date of purchase, you chip your Zimmer Brothers Diamond, we will replace your diamond free of charge.

TRADE-UP

If, in the future, you wish to exchange your original Zimmer Brothers diamond for one of greater value, we will credit you the original price paid for your diamond, or the current market value.

PERMANENT RECORD

A permanent record of your purchase is kept, here on file at Zimmer Brothers.

CLEANING

We suggest you return your Zimmer Brothers diamond ring to our store at least once every six months to be inspected and cleaned without charge.

*Cleaning and inspection must be performed at least every six months and recorded in order for replacement promise to be honored.
